The document editor, built for the whole company.

TextWork is a real document editor — tables, footnotes, math notation and syntax-highlighted code — with Eli built in to write and restructure the page while you watch. Not a text box bolted onto a chatbot; a document editor that happens to have one.

Pages, not an endless scroll — this document is on page 1 of 1, with real pagination underneath.
What it does

A real document editor,
with live charts and real math notation.

Pages, tables, equations and charts that stay current — the fundamentals of a document editor, done properly.

Charts that stay current

Drop a chart into a document and point it at a GridWork sheet — it re-fetches the data every time the document regains focus, so the numbers on the page match the sheet without anyone touching them again.

Real math notation

Inline and block equations render through KaTeX as a genuine block type in the document — write, edit, and see it typeset in place.

The fundamentals

  • True pagination — pages, not an endless scroll; what you see on screen is what prints and exports.
  • Track changes and inline comments, with every edit attributed to whoever made it.
  • Real-time collaboration — live cursors, threaded comments and sync, so two people in the same document see each other's changes as they happen.
  • Tables and references that update — merge, fill and per-cell formatting, plus a table of contents and cross-references that renumber themselves instead of going stale.
EXPORTS AS docxpdfodttxt — ordinary files, readable anywhere.

Typing a handbook,
then a real table.

Eli, in the document

Ask for a section.
Watch it get written.

Eli reads what's already in the document, works out where a new section belongs, and writes it in place — while you watch.

Q3 Regional Performance

Overall revenue across the four operating regions rose 8.4% quarter over quarter, with the Northline group carrying most of the gain.

Three locations finished below target. Store 04 and Store 11 both trail on labor efficiency. Store 07 is a different problem entirely: its shortfall is almost entirely traffic, not conversion.

The document Eli was reading, with the agent's own labeled cursor.

It reads the document first

Eli doesn't guess from the title — it opens the file, reads what's already there, and works out where a request belongs before writing anything. Ask it to find something across a long document and it works on several parts at once.

Anything that would change your work can be set to ask you first, and every edit is attributed and reversible — you can stop it mid-run and always see what it changed.

One editor. One agent.
Every document in the company.
